/p /brh3Role: Delivery Specialist /h3 /brpThe Delivery Specialist supports operational teams in meeting client deadlines while ensuring high standards of quality and service.
The role works closely with management to deliver functional and technical expertise, contributing to the effective management of a portfolio of clients.
/p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliManage payroll preparation and calculations accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and correct payment processing /li /brliMaintain, monitor, and update complex employee and payroll data within SAP HR /li /brliHandle and resolve issues related to Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll, escalated by Tier 1 or raised directly by client HR Business Partners /li /brliAdvise clients on the implementation and application of employment law, supporting them in resolving administrative, payroll, and legal matters /li /brliAct as a SAP HR key user for clients: gather change requests, prepare functional analyses, and support testing activities /li /brliPrepare and generate reports using SAP HR /li /brliInteract daily with clients and internal departments via phone and email /li /brliBuild and maintain strong,



trust-based relationships with clients /li /brliStay up to date with changes in employment law and regulations /li /brliProduce regular and ad hoc payroll reports and statistical analyses /li /br /ul /brh3Professional Requirements /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field /li /brliGood knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) /li /brliKnowledge of SAP HR or other HR systems is considered a plus /li /br /ul /brh3Personal Skills /h3 /brul /brliExcellent written and verbal communication skills /li /brliHigh level of accuracy and strong adherence to deadlines /li /brliStrong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and diplomacy /li /brliAbility to prioritize and organize work with minimal supervision /li /brliAbility to work autonomously while maintaining a strong team orientation /li /brliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li /brliGood command of English /li /br /ul /brh3At Strada, Our Values Guide Everything We Do /h3 /brul /brliAnticipate Customer Needs – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.
