You collaborate cross-functionally to translate production bases, optimize line setups, and provide technical training to production teams.

/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPlan and direct production activities to achieve timely, efficient factory processes /liliSet up production processes aligned with the production strategy /liliCollaborate with Maintenance to ensure equipment availability and performance /liliPrepare and maintain production documentation for correct manufacturing /liliProvide technical support and training on production processes, documentation,



and line setups /liliOwn issues related to production process performance and quality /liliIdentify opportunities and implement improvements via reporting systems /liliImprove production processes for robustness and continuous improvement /liliCoordinate with Production Quality, cross-plant systems, and other teams to ensure compliance /liliSupport knowledge sharing with Manufacturing Tools Equipment, Technology, and related teams /liliSupport shifts and project-driven production needs /liliManage change control of processes, procedures, routings, and materials handling /liliAssist with additional projects and duties as assigned /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMaster in Engineering (focus area: manufacturing, mechanical, or materials engineering related to blade production) /liliProficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken) /liliStrong understanding of quality processes, methodologies, and reporting /liliAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skills /liliEffective communication and team-oriented mindset /liliExperience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or production environments preferred /liliFamiliarity with quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis) /liliKnowledge of ISO **** or similar quality standards /liliExperience with ERP or QMS systems (e.g., SAP, QMS platforms) /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
