/li liRecord and monitor incident management processes to ensure proper closure.
/li liPrepare and update daily, weekly, and incident reports.
/li liHelp optimize monitoring processes and strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liGraduate or bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or related fields.
/li liStrong knowledge in routing, switching, and basic network security concepts.
/li liExperience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nokia NFMP, Zabbix, Cacti) is desirable.
/li liAvailable to work rotating shifts.
