ppSpecialista Senior / Project Manager /p pIn this role you lead technical and commercial aspects of projects across all phases, from concept to qualification, within the Biopharma Life Sciences sector.
You will integrate multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders on national and international projects for complex manufacturing facilities.
You drive scope, schedule, budget, and quality while navigating a fast-paced environment.
Your leadership and client management shape project success and delivery for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
/p ul liLead interdisciplinary project teams and act as Project Team Leader /li liBe primary client and stakeholder contact throughout projects /li liPlan and monitor progress across all phases from CD to qualification /li liManage deliverables, timelines, budgets, and milestones /li liProvide project reporting to clients and internal stakeholders /li liFacilitate project reviews with clients, service providers, and suppliers /li liLead meetings on scheduling, costs, quality, risk,



and timelines /li liOversee scope and change management /li liOversee suppliers and subcontractors across all phases /li liCoordinate internal and external approvals /li liCoach and mentor project team members /li liEnsure successful execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment /li li10+ years of overall professional experience /li li5+ years as a Project Manager in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology /li liProven expertise in Biopharma Life Sciences projects (Fill Finish, Biotech, API, or related environments) /li liAbility to lead multidisciplinary project teams /li liExperience managing projects from concept design to commissioning and qualification /li liStrong client management and stakeholder communication /li liAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment /li liStrong leadership with proactive, hands-on mentality /li liPM certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) is an advantage /li liFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) /li /ul pIn this role you lead technical and commercial aspects of projects across all phases, from concept to qualification, within the Biopharma a... /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
