ppIn this role you will develop and execute the strategy for Property Liability risks in the Italian market, acting as the liaison for selected agents within the Mid-Corporate team.
You will help shape local underwriting strategy to meet Allianz Mid Corporate targets and collaborate across Sales, Claims and product lines to drive growth and cross-selling.
You will ensure adherence to underwriting authority and governance while supporting product development and broker negotiations.
This position offers impact through portfolio steering, cross-functional partnerships, and market-specific execution.
/pulliEnsure underwriting authority, pricing and rating guidelines are followed by underwriters /liliSteer and control the local portfolio to hit financial targets /liliCollaborate with functional areas to review end-to-end underwriting performance /liliWork with Sales, Claims and other product lines to implement marketing and cross-selling strategies /liliMaintain underwriting consistency and governance,



including authorities and local regulatory framework /liliSupport development and rollout of new or revised products /liliAssist in acquiring new business and retaining existing business, including agent/broker negotiations /liliConvey local business strategy externally /liliMaster's degree in Engineering or Economics or Law /lili4-8 years underwriting experience in profitable Property including PD/BI and Theft and Liability for Corporate Clients /liliExperience with multinational clients preferred /liliProven leadership skills /liliExpertise in risk assessment and policy administration lifecycle /liliStrong pricing knowledge and market analysis /liliExperience in designing/implementing robust wordings and underwriting projects (preferred) /liliAbility to work in an international organization /liliFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) /liliExcellent knowledge of Office 365 and collaborative tools /li /ulpIn this role you will develop and execute the strategy for Property Liability risks in the Italian market, acting as the liaison for s... /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
