ppbWe are looking for a Laboratory Specialist for our Agricultural Environmental Solutions Laboratory in Bresso (MI), Italy.
/b /p h3Mission /h3 pbThe Laboratory Specialist assists the Laboratory Manager in developing new projects to promote Azelis products and incorporate them into customers' finished product formulations in the agrochemical market.
/b /p h3Main Accountabilities /h3 ul liSupport and partially drive development and testing of new formulations, applications, and chemistries:Support and develop new product concepts to enter new customer/market segments;Support the sampling process (for customers, seminars, and exhibitions); /li liSupport the sales team by making joint customer visits /li liSupport customers on production trials if necessary /li liDrive innovation through the Market segment's lateral value chain; /li liSupporting the digital team in creating the digital content for the customer portal; /li liWork in close collaboration with the sales team to support project development and troubleshooting; /li liEnsure tracking and reporting on innovation pipeline development; /li liDrive and support responsibility for the lab (safety, maintenance and quality standards).
/li liTranslate the Group's Sustainability Strategy into concrete job-related action items and contribute actively and timely to the implementation of the sustainability KPIs /li /ul h3Experience, Skills Education /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field /li liSpeaking and writing an intermediate level of English /li liMin.
3 years of experience in RD in the Agro market segment /li liStrong analytical approach, work towards high-quality standards, and attention to detail /li liSelf-motivated and dynamic mindset /li liGreat affinity with customers and market dynamics /li liStrong IT skills and interest in using digital tools /li liLoves to work in a dynamic and commercially driven team /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
