ppAs a key member of STACK's Solutions Engineering team, you bridge hyperscale client needs with engineering delivery to design resilient, scalable, energy-efficient data centre power solutions.
You'll shape technical direction across design, construction, commissioning and operational readiness, ensuring alignment with STACK standards.
You will engage with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable inputs and drive multidisciplinary coordination.
This role offers impact across Europe, working on mission-critical infrastructure for leading digital platforms and shaping long-term operational performance.
/pulliAct as a trusted engineering partner to hyperscale and strategic clients, capturing their technical and business requirements /liliTranslate client needs into engineering briefs and design criteria for internal teams /liliLead workshops and design intent sessions, communicating complex topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders /liliShape practical, scalable, and resilient electrical solutions aligned with STACK standards and project requirements /liliProvide electrical engineering expertise across critical power infrastructure (MV/LV, UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, protection, monitoring) /liliReview load analysis, protection coordination, arc flash, resilience strategies and capacity assumptions /liliSupport FAT, SAT, energisation planning, commissioning and IST /liliAct as technical authority for Electrical Engineering while coordinating with Mechanical, Controls, Fire Protection, Security and ICT disciplines /liliIdentify interfaces,



risks and optimization opportunities across building systems /liliCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions throughout the project lifecycle /liliReview design documents and deviations for alignment with client requirements /liliProactively identify risks and drive engineering change control /liliSupport project teams during design and delivery, maintaining client requirements and compliance /liliCoordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal disciplines for buildable solutions /liliSupport testing, commissioning and handover to confirm performance criteria /liliPrepare technical assessments, gap analyses and design review summaries for stakeholders /lilContribute feedback to continuous improvement of STACK reference designs and standardsliRepresent STACK in client meetings, on projects/sites and technical reviews across EMEA, with travel up to 25% /liliStrong electrical engineering experience in hyperscale data centres or similar complex infrastructure /liliIn-depth knowledge of critical power systems (MV/LV, UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, protection, earthing, monitoring) /liliExperience supporting data centre design and delivery across a full lifecycle (design to handover) /liliExperience reviewing Basis of Design documents, specs, calculations and changes /liliUnderstanding of resilience/availability strategies (N+1, 2N, fault tolerance, scalability) /liliExperience with FAT, SAT, commissioning, IST and technical acceptance activities desirable /liliStrong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills /liliSound technical judgement, analytical approach and risk management /liliAbility to collaborate across Development, Design Engineering, Delivery and Operations /liliUnderstanding of integrated data centre systems and cross-discipline interactions /liliProfessional accreditation or chartership desirable /liliStrong written and verbal English; European market experience advantageous /li /l /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
