ph3Customer Experience Field Operations Specialist /h3 pRiDE's mission is to revolutionize urban mobility through an innovative electric multivehicle sharing service.
/p pWe're looking for a friendly and solution-oriented specialist to provide daily assistance to our customers and improve our service by monitoring all customer contact channels (social media, website, CRM...).
The role reports to and is supported by our Operations Specialist and collaborates with local partners to keep operations running smoothly.
/p h3Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liDirect customer support via email, phone, chat, and social media.
/li liHandle complaints, refunds, and provide operations support.
/li liIdentify and implement alternative last?minute solutions.
/li liUse and monitor Customer Service/CRM software.
/li liMonitor social media and develop content.
/li liManage field operations, monitoring, and support for local OPS partners.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liFluency in Italian and English.
/li liMotivation and willingness to learn (first experiences are welcome).
/li liGood communication skills and a strong listening attitude to satisfy client needs.




/li liAbility to handle multiple requests, find solutions, and remain open?minded with Plan B ready.
/li liAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
/li liRigorous and detail oriented.
/li liTeam player with a positive and constructive attitude.
/li liFast learner, willing to adapt to a changing environment.

/li liExperience as a sharing?mobility user to truly understand customer needs.
/li liBachelor's degree and prior experience in Customer Experience, Operations, and/or Mobility are a plus.
