In ****, a new bBiotech Centre of Excellence /b has launched in Parma.
The new facility is dedicated to developing and producing monoclonal antibodies, enzymes, and other proteins.
bBlois-La Chaussée Saint Victor plant /b (France), a center of excellence specializing in the production of Dry Powder Inhalers and Metered Dose Inhalers (MDIs).
The site manages direct distribution to customers in the French market and exports to other markets, effectively meeting both local and international needs.
bSantana de Parnaiba /b (Brazil), specialized in the production of pressurized solutions and suspensions for inhalation therapy (pMDIs).
Additionally, it has an area dedicated to nasal sprays for the European market.
Santana produces pressurised solutions and suspensions for inhalation therapy (MDI).
In ****, a new investment in bNerviano /b (Italy)



has been announced with the construction of a new facility which will be primarily dedicated to manufacturing carbon minimal inhalers (reinforcing the company's commitment to both patients' health and sustainable healthcare solutions), dry powder inhalers and sterile biological products.
/p /brh3Who we are looking for /h3 /brpThe Site Assistant acts as a trusted partner to the Plant Director, ensuring seamless coordination of strategic and operational priorities across the site.
The role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks, time management, and coordination across departments, while upholding the standards of a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

/p /brh3This is what you will do /h3 /brh3You will be responsible for /h3 /brul /brliProvide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Plant Director, managing agenda, correspondence, meetings, and travel with accuracy and discretion.
/li /brliAnticipate needs and act as a gatekeeper, ensuring effective prioritization and information flow between the Plant Director, internal functions, and external stakeholders.
/li /brliPrepare and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring clear, concise, and visually effective communication.
/li /brliSupport the Site Leadership Team in organizing meetings, preparing documentation, tracking action plans, and following up on strategic initiatives.
/li /brliCoordinate site visits, internal events, and communications, ensuring alignment with company values and high-quality execution.
/li /brliManage administrative processes including purchase orders, contracts, and expense tracking, in collaboration with relevant departments.
/li /brliContribute to continuous improvement of administrative workflows and digital tools (e.g., SAP, Teams, SharePoint).
/li /brliSupport internal communication and engagement initiatives to foster collaboration, well-being, and inclusion across the site.
/li /brliHandle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.




/li /br /ul /brh3You will need to have /h3 /brul /brliMinimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environment.
/li /brliPrior experience supporting executive-level management is essential.
/li /brliExperience in preparing executive reports, KPIs, and summaries for management review is a plus.
/li /brliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
/li /brliExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and document management platforms.
/li /brliAbility to prepare professional presentations, dashboards, and executive reports.
/li /brliStrong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
/li /brliFluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
/li /brliBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
/li /br /ul /brh3We would prefer for you to have /h3 /brul /brliFamiliarity with GMP environments and pharmaceutical industry standards is strongly preferred.
/li /brliKnowledge of pharmaceutical industry terminology and documentation processes is a plus.
/li /brliKnowledge of additional languages is a plus.
