ph3Specialista Senior / Project Manager /h3pIn this role you will lead Life Science project delivery in Italy, shaping cost, schedule and performance to meet client goals.
You'll work within the Life Science team to drive strategic commissions and high-profile projects.
You will partner with GCs, vendors and consultants to manage budgets, change orders and close-out activities.
The opportunity offers exposure to market-leading clients and the chance to influence project outcomes across a global firm.
You'll use your technical and collaborative skills to support engineering decisions and ensure on-time delivery.

and review payment requests /liliLead client meetings and advocate on client behalf during disputes or changes /liliMonitor and report on factors influencing construction costs to support engineering decisions /liliCoordinate scheduling reviews to ensure equipment meets timelines /liliManage transfer of building operations to client, including close?out documentation and warranties /liliReview and validate cost estimates prepared by contractors and client organization /liliIdentify and record potential claims and act on the client's behalf /liliDegree in Civil Engineering or similar /liliProven experience as a Project Manager in Life Sciences or High Tech facility construction /liliAdvanced skills in spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations /liliStrong communication and organizational skills with ability to multi-task /liliSelf?motivated team player with entrepreneurial thinking and creativity /liliExperience in managing teams, delivering commissions, and business development /li /ulpIn this role you will lead Life Science project delivery in Italy, shaping cost, schedule and performance to meet client goals.
