/li /ul /li liWork in close relationship with Tender Leader and the full tender team including other Sub-System bid managers ul liBuild in liaison with the Tender Leader the schedule to prepare the offer /li liPrepare Issue the Instructions for Quotation (IFQ) /li liSupport Tender Leader in defining bid commercial strategy /li liSupport Tender Leader with Partners /li liSupport or act in lieu of Tender Leader for Customer interaction during tender phase (QA collection, administrative documentation etc.) /li liSupport Tender Leader to perform the Detailed Requirement Capture (Commercial part)
/li liSupport Tender Leader in the updating of the information in Wall.C /li /ul /li liSupport to manage the budget according to Tender Costs Authorization Process /li liPropose the offered solution ul liPerform the Detailed Requirement Capture and Issue Contract Data Requirements List /li liAgree with the Platform and the Tender Leader how gaps are addressed /li liEnsure offered solution compliance versus Customer requirements and internal product strategy; Identify deviations /li liPrepare compliance matrix /li /ul /li liManage QCD optimization (in liaise with Bid Costing Manager if any) and obtain clear commitments from different actors ul liIdentify, analyze and evaluate QCD gaps manage the QCD review /li liDefine interfaces and allocate between actors the cost targets, contractual obligations /li liCheck, challenge and properly consolidate documented commitments /li /ul /li liPrepare the documentation necessary to submit to Customer ul liPrepare the technical description of offered solution /li liPrepare the technical clause by clause and/or list of derogations /li liPrepare the project master schedule /li liPrepare the price list and bill of quantities (if any) in line with Tender Leader and Finance Tender Manager instructions /li liPrepare administrative documentation upon delegation by Tender Leader.
/li /ul /li liKeep records of all documentation produced for tender preparation (RFP, QA, Presentations, letters, contract ...) and traceability until contract signature (Tender Logbook) /li liParticipate to the contract negotiations /li liAttend Customer negotiation meetings /li liVerify feasibility of evolutions requested versus the offered and approved reference /li liUpdate QCD data and obtain revised QCD commitments from different units, validate QCD commitment for each release of the tender /li liEnsure that all Customer questions have been answered,
