pulliInternational Company specialized in investments in Renewable Energy field /lili3+ years experience in Investment or Financing in Renewable Energy field /li /ulh3Azienda /h3pInternational Company specialized in investments in Renewable Energy based in Rome /ph3Offerta /h3h3Duties and Responsibilities /h3pEvaluation of potential investments and divestments, including: /pulliDevelopment and management of financial models; /liliSupport create analysis for live/pipeline transactions (operational and development projects); /liliAssist in managing and reviewing due diligence, including the management of financial, legal, and technical advisors; /liliAssist in the writing of Investment Committee and Board papers; /liliSupport in the supervision and monitoring of existing investments working closely with the finance and technical teams; /liliOther analytical, research and modelling support for the team, including competitor analysis and market reviews; /liliSemi-annual valuations of fund portfolios,



along with review of fund valuation models; /liliPreparation of client communication materials; /liliParticipation in meetings with external counterparts; /liliSupport and delivery of internal initiatives; /liliPerformance analysis of investments to comply with regular reporting obligations.
/li /ulpAs a member of a small team of executives you will be expected to participate in all aspects of the business which may include from time to time: presenting to Partners or Board meetings; providing support in investment preparation; supporting investor communications or promotions; supporting financing, compliance and investment activities of the business.
/ph3Competenze ed esperienza /h3h3Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience: /h3ulli+3 year in Investment or Financing /liliObtained at least a 2:1 Bachelors 's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering /liliRenewable Energy focused background /liliEconomics or Business related experience /liliFinancial Analytical ability /liliClear concise written verbal communication /liliTime management /liliOrganised /liliKnowledge of Investment lifecycle, Renewable energy and Financial modelling /liliWilling to travel extensively /liliFluent in English and Italian level, Spanish will be considered an advantage /li /ulh3Completa l'offerta /h3pPerm Contract /ppFlexibility, SW: 2 days/week /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
