/p pHHLA PLT Italy S.r.l. /p pTransport/Logistics/Container Handling /p pbDescription of the position: /b /p pJunior Infrastructure Network Technician supports the daily operation of our terminal's IT infrastructure.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues to ensure the reliability of networks, end-user devices, and operational IT equipment.
This is a hands-on role offering excellent learning and professional growth opportunities in a dynamic port environment.
/p pbSummary of responsibilities: /b /p ul liInstall, configure, and maintain network equipment and end-user devices.
/li liTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
/li liProvide on-site technical support to office users and operational personnel.
/li liSupport industrial PCs, onboard terminals, and IT equipment installed on operational vehicles.
/li liAssist in maintaining and improving the company's IT infrastructure.
/li /ul pbThe Candidate: /b /p pbEducation Experience /b /p ul liTechnical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
/li liPrevious hands-on experience (including internships, academic, or personal projects) is an advantage but not essential.
/li /ul pbTechnical Skills Knowledge Required (specific skills and knowledge required for the position) /b /p ul liBasic understanding of TCP/IP networking, switching, and routing.
/li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and PC hardware.
/li liInterest in Linux systems administration (basic Linux knowledge is a plus).
/li liBasic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.
/li liFamiliarity with PowerShell, Bash, virtualization, or IT security principles is considered an advantage.
