Below are your tasks as a Distribution Service Engineer.
/p ul liManagement of hotline / ticket system for distributors / installers / end users in region of Italy the Balkans /li liTraining for distributors / installers in the related region /li liOnsite troubleshooting with partner success manager in the related region /li liPre-sale customer visit with account manager in the related region /li liFAQ / online courses making / recording and documenting for the related region /li liWeekly / monthly / quarterly / annual report for the performance of the related region to the department center /li /ul pYour profile /p pSo, for your personal background, it would be great to have: /p ul liBA or higher in electrical engineering or equivalent /li liAt least 3 years of work experience as after sale or technical support jobs for PV/ESS/OM field.
Job experience in inverter is preferred /li liPassion, desire and motivation to succeed /li liLanguage requirements: English and Italian at least C1 level.
Additional Chinese is an asset /li liQuick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry /li liExcellent skills in Microsoft Office /li liAbility to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment /li li5%-10% working time may be on business travel between local market and EU department center /li liShould you lack one or two of these, no worries, we are not looking for all-round perfectionist already /li /ul pWhy us?
