**Pramac**, part of the third-largest group worldwide in the production of diesel and gas generators, is looking for a **Manufacturing** **Engineer** to join the **International** **Manufacturing Engineering Team** at its Head Quarter in **Casole D'Elsa, Siena (Italy).
****Purpose:**Reporting to the **International** **Manufacturing Engineering Manager**, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, supporting activities and initiatives aimed at enhancing the industrial performance of the site, in particular by eliminating waste, improving flexibility, labor efficiency, and service levels.
**Main Activities:*** Support the success of process improvement initiatives by implementing policies, procedures, and process documentation, coordinating with the various functions involved.
* Contribute to the plant transformation, technology transfer, and continuous maintenance of value streams.
* Support the implementation of demand-driven production fundamentals and strategies that enhance operational excellence and long-term plans (flexibility, speed, and responsiveness).
* Help ensure that product, material, and information flows are synchronized to achieve maximum efficiency and minimum operating cost.
* Work closely with production staff to promote continuous improvement of production methods, systems, and controls.
* Monitor and supervise methodological correctness in project development, efficient resource use, and robustness of results, providing timely feedback to the relevant structures.
* Act as a facilitator for change management, the implementation of key improvement programs, and the effective measurement of Key Performance Indicators.
