/p h3SUMMARY /h3 pNUSO Italia has an opening for a Channel Account Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for developing, managing and growing relationships with new and existing channel partners, including resellers, distributors, MSPs, and technology partners.
The role focuses on driving revenue growth through the channel by enabling partners to successfully sell and support NUSO's solutions.
/p pThe Channel Account Manager will work closely with partners to identify opportunities, deliver training, support sales activities, and ensure partners are equipped to generate consistent pipeline and revenue.
/p h3ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3Partner Relationship Management /h3 ul liActing as an ambassador for NUSO, raise its profile, branding and credibility within the market, with partners to the business and suppliers.
/li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing channel partners.
/li liAct as the primary point of contact for partner accounts.
/li liConduct regular partner reviews and business planning sessions.
/li /ul h3Revenue Growth /h3 ul liDrive partner-led revenue growth through new and existing partner accounts.
/li liTo identify and win new channel partners.
/li liDevelop joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
/li liIdentify and onboard new channel partners where appropriate.
/li /ul h3Sales Enablement /h3 ul liTrain partners on NUSO products, solutions, and value propositions.
/li liProvide sales support including product positioning, pricing, and proposal guidance.
/li liWork with partners to develop pipeline and close opportunities.
/li /ul h3Partner Development /h3 ul liSupport partners in building their cloud communications practice.
/li liDeliver partner onboarding programs and ongoing enablement.
/li liIdentify growth opportunities within existing partner relationships.
/li /ul h3Pipeline Management /h3 ul liTrack partner pipeline and forecast channel revenue.
/li liMaintain accurate records within the CRM system.
/li liReport on partner performance and growth metrics.
/li /ul h3Internal Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to support channel initiatives.
/li liProvide partner feedback to internal teams to help improve products and services.
/li liSupport partner-led campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.
/li /ul h3Key Skills Experience /h3 ul liProven experience in channel sales, partner management, or account management.3-5 Years experience preferred.
/li liExperience in cloud communications, UCaaS, CCaaS, Telecoms, or SaaS preferred.
/li liStrong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
/li liDemonstrated ability to drive revenue through indirect sales channels.
/li liStrong commercial and negotiation skills.
/li liExcellent presentation and communication skills.
