/ph3Key responsabilities: /h3ulliAct as the primary point of contact for all initiatives and projects related to the company's digital products.
/liliGather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
/liliTranslate business needs into clear, actionable, and prioritized functional requirements.
/liliOwn and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
/liliDefine and drive the product roadmap from discovery through delivery.
/liliCollaborate closely with software engineers, UX/UI designers, QA teams, and technology partners to ensure successful product delivery.
/liliCreate and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
/liliCoordinate external vendors and technology partners, monitoring delivery quality, timelines, and outcomes.
/liliFacilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
/liliTrack project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively address potential issues.
/liliSupport testing, validation, and release activities for new features and enhancements.
/liliAnalyze user feedback, product performance metrics, and KPIs to drive continuous product improvement.
/liliCollaborate with international stakeholders across Italy, France, and Germany, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
/li /ulh3WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU /h3ulli4–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, or in a similar product-focused role within digital environments.




/liliProven experience managing digital products, mobile applications, web platforms, and/or customer portals.
/liliStrong ability to understand and interpret technical requirements, functional specifications, and software development processes.
/liliExperience working closely with software development teams and cross-functional technical stakeholders.
/liliDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
/liliHands?on experience managing Product Backlogs, product roadmaps, and Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
/liliFamiliarity with product and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
/liliGood understanding of system integrations, APIs, and digital architectures.
/liliData-driven mindset with the ability to leverage product metrics and KPIs to support decision-making.
/liliBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
/liliFluent English (written and spoken), with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
