ph3Manager / Team Leader /h3 /brpIn this role you will ensure the company achieves and maintains mandatory QMS certifications and regulatory approvals.
You will work to verify compliance with certification requirements, manage external audits, and oversee qualification processes for personnel and suppliers.
You'll coordinate with Certification Bodies and clients while driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
This role fits into the Quality Management effort to sustain competitive, compliant operations and on-site certification activities.
/p /brul /brliIdentify and propose QMS certifications, qualifications and organization approvals to obtain or maintain /li /brliManage and monitor QMS certifications,
qualifications and approvals /li /brliCoordinate external audits and implement related corrective actions /li /brliMaintain relations with Qualification and Certification authorities and with clients /li /brliOversee Personnel Qualification/Certification process and monitor the Register of Qualified/Certify Personnel /li /brliProvide periodic reporting on external audits and follow up on actions /li /brliSupport on-site certification activities and audits at other company sites /li /brliUniversity degree or professional training in Aviation or related field /li /brliKnowledge of EASA regulatory framework for operations and maintenance /li /brliKnowledge of Quality Management System principles /li /brliProficient in English (spoken and written) /li /brliProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) /li /brliTeamwork and ability to work under pressure /li /brliGood communication and listening skills /li /brliWillingness to travel for audits and on-site certification activities /li /br /ul /brpIn this role you will ensure the company achieves and maintains mandatory QMS certifications and regulatory approvals.
