p Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Junior Business Development Specialist to support our projects in Reggello /pp You will be responsible for: /pulli Increase sales by proactively seeking new customers /lili Conducting business negotiations with customers /lili Preparation of commercial offers /lili Preparation and approval of contracts /lili Acceptance orders /lili Prompt resolution of all emerging issues with customers /lili Maintaining reporting documentation /lili Managing Internal CRM tools /li /ulp About you: /pulli Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance or related to Business Development or Life Science field (e.g., Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology) /lili Experience in similar roles in the Pharmaceutical Environment/Consultancy Services will be a plus /lili Availability to travel /lili Business Development mentality: Highly motivated, open-minded, organized mindset, enthusiastic, result oriented and a team player,
able to work under pressure and stay resilient /lili Fluent in English /li /ulp What we offer: /pp Fixed term contract under the CCNL Commercio /pp Gross annual salary of: €23,000+commission premio /pp Travel allowance for client visits, including same-day trips /pp Meal vouchers /pp Expenses for client visits will be fully reimbursed /pp Health insurance and industry-standard pension plan /pp Next Steps /pp Upon receiving your application, if a match is found, the Recruiting department will contact you for an initial HR interview.
