Trellix is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive customer loyalty and adoption of its cybersecurity solutions. In this role, you will consult with diverse clients, from system administrators to chief security officers, to ensure successful use of Trellix products.
The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in customer engagement, particularly in SaaS or enterprise software. You will collaborate cross-functionally and manage complex projects to help customers achieve their business goals.
