Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Milan, is recruiting a Bartender. Reporting to the F&B; Outlets Manager, the role covers beverage service in our lobby bar, The Living, and the rooftop bar.
This is a full‐time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off. The starting date is estimated in June.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and be the face of the hotel/bar to all guests.
Pamper our guests.
Order, prepare and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment, and working areas.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
Qualifications
Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
A warm, people‐oriented demeanor and a team‐player attitude.
At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
A safety‐first approach.
Positive outlook and dependability.
Previous bartending experience is a big plus.
