As Clinical QA Manager at ICON, you oversee clinical trial quality and compliance at country and site levels using a risk-based approach. You partner with country, regional, and global stakeholders to protect patient safety, data integrity, and inspection readiness.

You'll design QA strategies, lead audits, and drive corrective actions while developing the QA team. This role connects regulatory compliance with everyday trial work in a values-driven environment. It offers meaningful impact by strengthening QMS and cross-functional collaboration.

- Conduct quality assessments and audits to ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with project teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Provide guidance on QA policies, procedures and best practices
- Contribute to development and maintenance of quality management systems and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' QA experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP, FDA regulations)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel ~35%
- Legal right to work in the country of employment
