We help global brands and agencies make data-driven decisions about their influencer strategies , powered by our proprietary platform and market-leading database of over 3 billion content pieces across 50+ markets. This is an individual contributor role first, with the possible future opportunity to mentor and shape a design team as we grow. You'll be the single owner of Product Design , setting the bar for UI quality, consistency, and product impact, and working closely with Product and Engineering. Own end-to-end product design across core and new initiatives; Evolve and protect our design system for scalable growth; Collaborate deeply with Engineering, designing with real technical constraints and trade-offs in mind; Partner with Product to translate vision and data into strong UX decisions; Design product-led growth flows (activation, adoption, retention); Lead by influence: setting standards, giving strong design critique, and raising the design bar without formal authority. Proven experience in B2B, data-heavy products; Strong collaboration record with engineering teams; Advanced Figma skills (incl. Figma Make); Experience working with and scaling design system; Product-minded and impact-driven; Open to feedback:
