Proposals engineer for custom-made air compressor, dryer and nitrogen generation packages mostly focused in O&G; market Preparation of technical and commercial proposals for compressed air and nitrogen generation systems for engineering projects, mainly in O&G; sector Analysis and evaluation of client technical specifications to develop tailored solutions and preliminary system designs. Selection and sizing of equipment from product portfolio, ensuring full compliance with technical and operational requirements. Preparation of cost estimations and development of pricing structures for commercial offers. Development of technical and quality documentation required as part of the proposal package. Direct interaction with Ingersoll Rand factories and engineering support teams,
suppliers (both during the bidding stage and project execution), and end customers. Handover and coordination with execution teams upon project award, ensuring continuity and full understanding of the proposed solution throughout the engineering and implementation phases. Preferably some type of technical education, either intermediate or higher level (preferably in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical, or Electrical). Languages: English level C1 or higher. Italian highly appreciated. Additional languages valued: French or German. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience working with databases and CRM software (SalesForce). Familiarity with AutoCAD. Availability for international travel (estimated 25% of the time). Strong communication and negotiation skills. High degree of autonomy, while also capable of working in multidisciplinary teams. Fully site-based at Gorle, (BG).
