About the Role /strong /pp
The Project Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling the financial and operational performance of EPC projects throughout their lifecycle. /pp
Working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, the role ensures effective cost control, forecasting, reporting and project performance monitoring, supporting informed decision-making and helping deliver projects on time and within budget. /pp

Key Responsibilities /strong /pulli
Support Project Managers in defining project budgets, cost structures and financial baselines. /lili
Monitor project costs, forecasts, cash flow and financial performance throughout project execution. /lili
Analyse Budget, Actual Costs, Forecast, ETC and EAC, identifying deviations, risks and opportunities. /lili
Prepare monthly project reports, dashboards and KPI analysis. /lili
Support monthly closing activities and project financial reviews with the Finance team. /lili
Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Finance to ensure alignment across all project phases. /lili
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project control processes, reporting tools and governance. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong
Required Experience /strong /pulli5–8 years of experience in the role /lili
Experience managing complex EPC projects within industrial, infrastructure, energy or renewable energy sectors. /lili
Experience working in cross-functional and international project teams. /lili
Previous experience in medium-sized, fast-growing companies is considered a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppstrong
Technical Skills /strong /pulli
Solid knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting and cost control. /lili
Experience with Budget, Actual, Forecast, ETC, EAC and project KPIs. /lili
Advanced Microsoft Excel. /lili
Experience with ERP systems (Net
Suite or equivalent). /lili
