We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Italy. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys transforming data into strategic insights and partnering with business leaders to drive performance and growth.
As a trusted finance business partner, you will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, analysis, and decision support, ensuring high-quality financial information is available to support business objectives. Coordinate the timely and accurate submission of financial reports and planning deliverables.
Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance reviews.
Deliver insightful analysis on revenue, margins, operating expenses, balance sheet performance, and profitability.
Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Partner closely with commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders across the organization.
Support audits, statutory closes, and interactions with shared services and regional finance teams.




Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and financial analysis tools.
Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience & Skills
Strong experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), controlling, or business finance.
Advanced analytical capabilities and experience working with large datasets.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems such as Hyperion or similar platforms.
Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
