As a strong

Business Manager /strong, you will be at the heart of our Italian development strategy.

You will drive strongbusiness growth, talent acquisition, and operational excellence /strong, acting as a true entrepreneur within the company. /ppbr/ppstrong

Key responsibilities /strong /ppstrong Business Development Management /strong /pulli

Build and develop a strongportfolio of key accounts /strong (large groups, SMEs, and high-tech startups) /lili

Manage and grow the strongexisting accounts /strong /lili

Identify and qualify new opportunities in the Italian industrial ecosystem /lili

Lead strongcommercial negotiations and proposals /strong (staffing, projects, service centers) /lili

Conduct strongmarket mapping and competitive analysis /strong (semiconductors, automation, energy, etc.) /li /ulpbr/ppstrong Recruitment Team Management /strong /pulli

Identify, recruit and onboard strongtop engineering talent /strong /lili

Build and manage your own strongteam of consultants /strong /lili

Follow-up on career development and performance of your engineers /lili

Ensure engagement and retention of your team /li /ulpbr/ppstrong⚙️ Delivery Operations /strong /pulli

Supervise project execution in collaboration with technical teams /lili





Guarantee customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships /lili

Contribute to the stronggrowth strategy of ELSYS Design - ADVANS Group in Italy /strong /lili

Develop partnerships with local ecosystems (industry, clusters, universities) /lili

Education Experience /strong /pulli

Master’s degree in strong

Engineering or equivalent /strong /lilistrong3 to 7 years of experience /strong in business management and development in engineering services / consulting industry /lili

Proven track record in strongB2B sales and client relationship management /strong /li /ulpbr/ppstrong

Strong strongentrepreneurial mindset and ownership /strong /lili

Excellent communication and negotiation skills /lili
