pWould you like to continue developing your career in strongStrategy Innovation /strong within a global company operating in the strongair transport and technology sector /strong, working directly with senior executives and contributing to high-impact strategic decisions? /ppbr/ppAt Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a strongSenior Manager - Strategy Innovation /strong to join a strategic growth and innovation team based in strongBarcelona /strong. /ppYour mission will be to lead corporate and operational strategy initiatives and support the strategic management, aimed at accelerating high-impact projects across the organisation. /ppbr/ppstrongWhat will your main responsibilities be? /strong /pulliLead strongCxO-level strategy and innovation programmes /strong, from problem definition to final recommendations. /liliDevelop strongstrategic roadmaps, business cases, blueprints and executive presentations /strong. /liliCoordinate multiple workstreams, defining priorities, governance, resources and milestones. /liliAdvise and influence strongsenior executives and key stakeholders /strong across different business units and regions. /liliIdentify business, technology and industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities. /liliMentor and support the development of managers, analysts and junior team members. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat will you need? /strong /pulliAt least strong5 years of experience in strategy consulting /strong, corporate strategy, innovation or business transformation. /liliExperience within a strongTier 1 strategy consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent firms) /strong /liliPrevious experience as an strongEngagement Manager, Project Leader or equivalent /strong.
