To support our continued global growth, we are looking for a results-driven Manager Corporate Quality Management System (QMS) to join our Global Quality team and play a key role in the evolution, implementation and continuous improvement of our Corporate QMS. p You will /pulli Contribute to enterprise QMS strategy and governance, ensuring alignment across Business Units. /lili Drive the implementation and effectiveness of corporate QMS processes within the assigned scope. /lili Support governance mechanisms, including escalation management, KPI reporting and Management Review inputs. /lili Lead the harmonization and lifecycle management of core QMS processes, procedures, templates and documentation. /lili Monitor compliance with corporate standards and support corrective action plans where required. /lili Promote quality culture initiatives and support training and competency frameworks related to QMS processes. /lili Act as corporate process owner / point of contact for assigned QMS processes, influencing stakeholders across the organization. /li /ulp What we are looking for /pulli Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering or related discipline; advanced degree preferred. /lili5+ years of experience in Quality Systems within regulated industries such as pharma, biotech, medical devices, diagnostics or similar. /lili Strong knowledge of applicable standards and regulations, including ISO, cGMP, FDA CFRs, EU GMPs and data integrity principles. /lili Demonstrated experience in designing,
