pb Join Cavotec and help shape the future of sustainable industry. /bp At Cavotec, we develop innovative electrification and automation technologies that make ports and industrial operations safer, cleaner, and more efficient. /pp With over 50 years of engineering excellence and a global presence, we are driving the energy transition by delivering solutions that support decarbonisation and operational efficiency for customers worldwide. /pp If you're looking for an international environment where engineering expertise meets innovation and customer focus, we'd love to hear from you. /pp Se desidera conoscere i requisiti per questo ruolo, continui a leggere per trovare tutte le informazioni pertinenti. brpb Your mission /b /pp As a MoorMaster Service Product Engineer, you will support customers worldwide using tools such as JIRA, Salesforce, MS Office, and remote access solutions. /pp You will assist field service teams, troubleshoot complex systems, assess warranty cases, and support sales-related technical activities. /p pb Key Responsabilities: /b /pulli Maintain expert level of assigned products’ knowledge and application. /lili Provide technical expertise in support of improvements to existing product designs and/or propose new products’ concepts for further development by engineering. /lili Provide engineering support to the process of modification of existing products to meet customer requirements, while retaining product function and quality. /lili Act as a technical liaison between Field Service organization, Engineering and Operations influencing and persuading internal and external customers, with a proactive and can-do attitude, about the effectiveness of the new design solution proposed. /lili Assist in resolving design related non conformities,



ensuring quality processes are rigorously followed through Eight Disciplines Problem Solving (8D) and remedial actions are implemented by the CoE. /lili Identify and propose solutions to escalate any technical or project related risks. /lili Achieve expected quality standards and delivery time of service products in accordance with contractual obligations and Cavotec standards. /lili Troubleshoot problems and attempt to identify causes for warranty problems in order to prevent and eradicate repeat occurrences. /lili Cooperate with Field Service organization, Engineering and Sales departments to resolve matters regarding the warranty of sold products/solutions. /lili Support the Service Spare Parts Manager in the identification of the spare parts. /lili Support the Service Managers in the preparation of the technical document for the Field Service organization to execute the job. /lili Support Field Service trouble shooting and diagnostic, propose remedial actions providing technical Customer Service and conducting product training on an as needed basis. /lili Review and validate the assigned products’ documentation including OM manuals. /li /ul pb What we are looking for:
