The MES Specialist supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems, acting as a key link between Production, Engineering, Automation, and IT. The role contributes to the plant's digital transformation by improving process visibility, traceability, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. /pp Main Responsibilities /pulli Support the implementation and continuous improvement of MES solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate standards. /lili Provide training and operational support to production teams, promoting the effective use of MES tools and processes. /lili Maintain MES master data, including product information, production parameters, quality controls, and user profiles. /lili Manage Track Trace activities and serve as the first point of contact for MES-related operational issues. /lili Analyze production data, monitor KPIs, and support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities. /lili Identify and drive digital improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance, reliability, and efficiency. /lili Collaborate with Engineering on Industry 4.0 and 5.0 projects, ensuring integration between MES, machinery, PLCs, and automation systems. /lili Support manufacturing digitalization through enhanced traceability,
real-time monitoring, and energy consumption analysis. /lili Participate in the evaluation, testing, and commissioning of new production technologies and equipment. /lili Coordinate external suppliers involved in MES, software development, and automation activities. /lili Support system integration and troubleshooting to ensure accurate data flow and process visibility across manufacturing operations. /li /ulp Requirements /pulli Degree in Engineering (Automation, Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, or equivalent) or an ITS Academy diploma in Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Digitalization, Information Technology, or related technical fields. /lili Previous experience with MES, manufacturing systems, industrial automation, or similar roles in a manufacturing environment. /lili Knowledge of industrial digital systems and software development principles. /lili Understanding of PLCs, industrial communication networks, and automation technologies is considered a plus. /lili Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. /lili Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level). /lili Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. /lili Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at different organizational levels. /li /ulp What We Offer /pulli The opportunity to join a well-established multinational company and contribute to its digital transformation initiatives. /lili Exposure to Industry 4.0 and advanced manufacturing technologies. /lili A dynamic and collaborative working environment. /lili Competitive compensation and benefits package. /lili Company meal service. /li /ul /p
