p Job Responsibilities: ulli Develop and optimize Thin Film Lithium Niobate (TFLN) manufacturing processes according to RD and product development requirements, with particular focus on thin film deposition, vacuum technologies, and dry/plasma etching. /lili Lead process industrialization activities and support the transfer of developed processes from RD into manufacturing, both internally and at qualified external foundry partners. /lili Act as technical interface between internal teams and external manufacturing partners, ensuring process specifications, performance targets, and quality requirements are correctly implemented and maintained. /lili Monitor process performance across internal and external production sites, identifying opportunities for yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and cost optimization. /lili Investigate process and product issues through structured root-cause analysis and corrective actions, coordinating activities with production engineering, quality, and external partners. /lili Establish and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies and process monitoring systems to improve process capability, yield, and manufacturing robustness. /lili Collaborate with equipment engineering, maintenance teams, and external suppliers on process-related equipment upgrades, qualification, and calibration activities. /lili Work closely with EHS representatives to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. /lili Ensure process documentation, specifications, work instructions, qualification reports, and change management records are properly maintained and controlled.



/lili Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to manufacturing personnel and external partners when required. /li /ulp Job Requirements: /pulli Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related disciplines /lili3+ years of experience in semiconductor, MEMS, nanotechnology, or advanced manufacturing environments (experience level may be adjusted according to organizational needs) /lili Experience with thin film deposition, vacuum processes, plasma processing, dry etching, or related wafer fabrication technologies /lili Experience in process development, process qualification, and manufacturing industrialization /lili Experience supporting technology transfer, subcontract manufacturing, foundry operations, or supplier qualification is highly desirable /lili Strong understanding of statistical process control, process capability analysis, DOE, FMEA, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies /lili Ability to analyze manufacturing data and drive data-based decision making /lili Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams and external organizations /lili Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities /lili Fluent English, written and spoken /lili Availability for international travel to customer, supplier, and foundry sites /lili Knowledge of statistical software, data analysis tools, Python, LabVIEW, JMP, Minitab, or similar tools is considered a plus /li /ulp CompensationBenefit: /pulli CCNL (National Collective Labor Agreement): Metalmeccanico Industria, Employee level /lili Annual salary: depending on experience and seniority € 35,000 - € 45,000 /lili Buoni pasto: € 9 /lili Location: San Donato Milanese, Milan /li /ul /p
