About the Role We are seeking an experienced EHS Lead to oversee all Environmental, Health Safety activities on a major data centre construction project in Milan, Italy. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of best-in-class safety standards, drive a positive safety culture, and ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation and project requirements. brSe desidera conoscere i requisiti per questo ruolo, continui a leggere per trovare tutte le informazioni pertinenti. brKey Responsibilities brLead the delivery of the project's Environmental, Health Safety programme. brEnsure compliance with all relevant EHS legislation, company procedures, and project requirements. brReview and approve risk assessments, method statements, permits to work, and safe systems of work. brPromote and maintain a proactive safety culture across all project teams. brLead and mentor the site EHS team where applicable. brConduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety interventions, ensuring corrective actions are completed. brDeliver safety briefings,



inductions, and awareness initiatives to personnel. brManage hazardous substances, environmental controls, and associated reporting. brInvestigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventative actions. brMaintain accurate EHS documentation and provide regular reports to senior management. brRequirements brRelevant qualification in Environmental, Health Safety. brProven experience leading EHS on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience highly desirable). brPrevious experience managing and developing an EHS team. brStrong knowledge of EHS legislation, standards, and best practices. brExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. brProficient in Microsoft Office Suite. xrdbqlu brAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
