pb Schneider Electric’s Process Automation division /b supports customers across industries such as Oil Gas, Chemicals, Power Energy, Pharma, and Water/Wastewater, delivering state‑of‑the‑art automation and control solutions. p We create value throughout the entire plant lifecycle by combining technical expertise, digital innovation, and robust industrial technologies. /ppbu What will you do: /u /b /pp We are looking for a b Foxboro DCS System Specialist /b eager to develop strong expertise in engineering, configuring, and executing control systems based on b EcoStruxure™ Foxboro DCS /b . /pp The role is based in b Stezzano / Milan /b , with availability to travel up to b40–50% /b of the time for configuring, testing and supporting the project execution both in Italy and abroad. /pp You will be involved in many technical phases of process automation projects, working closely with Project Managers, Technical Leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, reliable, and high‑performance control solutions. /ppb Engineering Design /b /pulli Contribute to the definition of Foxboro DCS system architecture, including controllers, I/O modules, networks, servers, and HMI infrastructure. /lili Configure Foxboro hardware (FCP, FBM, I/A Series components, network devices) ensuring performance, redundancy, and compliance with design expectations. /lili Support the preparation of technical specifications and detailed design documentation. /li /ulpb Implementation Testing /b /pulli Prepare systems and get them ready for later integration, testing (FAT/SAT),



and commissioning activities in collaboration with internal teams and customer representatives. /lili Troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware issues throughout development, testing, and startup phases. /lili Ensure compliance with safety standards, cybersecurity requirements, and relevant industry regulations. /li /ulpb Technical Coordination Customer Support /b /pulli Provide technical support during startup and post‑startup phases, ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction. /lili Prepare and maintain documentation: design reports, configurations, test procedures, and operational manuals. /lili Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and standardization of engineering practices related to Foxboro technology. /li /ulpb Continuous Improvement Growth /b /pulli Stay up to date with new features, engineering tools, and upgrades related to the Foxboro platform. /lili Participate in technical training, certification paths, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives. /lili Work within an international environment, helping foster strong communication and teamwork. /li /ulpbu What will make you successful: /u /b /pulli Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related technical fields (or technical diploma with proven experience).
