The Test Engineering Support Sustaining Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and continuous improvement of test systems used in production. The role combines hands-on failure analysis and repair activities with long-term sustaining actions aligned with engineering changes and production feedback. Elemaster Italy headquarters – Lomagna (LC)brTest Engineering in the International Design Center for the development and maintenance of Test Equipment for manufacturing. brPerform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on test benches and test equipment brCarry out corrective maintenance and repairs to restore normal operation. brAnalyze production issues, non-conformities, or deviations in test results and product characteristics. brInvestigate anomalies observed on specific production batches and support root cause analysis in collaboration with Test Engineering, Production, and Quality teams. brUpdate and maintain test benches in accordance with approved Engineering Change Requests (ECRs). brAssess the technical, operational, and production impact of ECRs before implementation brImplement hardware and software updates on test systems,



ensuring traceability and compliance with internal procedures. brMonitor test system performance, stability, and reliability over time brDrive continuous improvement initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and formalizing feedback from production brDegree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical background. brExperience at least 5 years in servicing and maintaining test equipment, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setting. brStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in an industrial or electronics environment. brProven knowledge of test systems, electronic assemblies and production processes. brSolid ability to read and understand technical documentation, schematics, test SW sequencs and change requests. brGood communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams. brGood English knowledge. brKnowledge of Microsoft Office package brAvailable for business trips. brContinuous improvement mindset. brKnowledge of LabVIEW and Python for debug and analysis brPermanent contract offered, gross annual salary (RAL) € 35.000 - € 55.000
