ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role, you will help clients navigate crises and improve underperforming businesses through financial and operational restructuring. You will work with the Italian Turnaround Management team to shape strategy, generate opportunities, and lead engagements that restore liquidity, optimize capital, and manage stakeholder expectations. You’ll deploy deep advisory and restructuring expertise to deliver tangible, accelerated recovery. This role offers hands‑on leadership in a fast‑paced, competitive advisory environment and the chance to influence major turnaround initiatives. /ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliLead cases as team leader and, when needed, assume client management duties temporarily /liliDevelop and execute strategy with the Italian senior Turnaround Management team focused on target clients and go-to-market propositions /liliIndependently generate and nurture commercial opportunities /liliAdvise on cash management, balance sheet and income statement restructuring, and capital management /liliManage stakeholder expectations and support implementation of working capital improvements and cash forecasting processes /liliContribute to and shape major projects across restructuring,
performance improvement, and transaction advisory /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliAdvisory experience, ideally at an international level within a leading consulting firm /liliSpecial expertise in leading financial restructuring in Italy /liliKnowledge of industrial processes /liliAbility to review internal processes within complex organizations /liliExperience in cash management and working capital improvement, with track record in cash forecasting tools /liliDeveloped network within the Italian financial community (corporates and private equity) /liliProven track record delivering major projects in restructuring, performance improvement, and transaction advisory /liliProven ability to convert business contacts and leads /liliDetermination to deliver current thinking in a competitive advisory market /liliProven leadership and ability to initiate, build, and develop new business /liliStrong financial experience and analytical rigor /liliBachelor’s degree; Master level a plus /liliFluency in English and Italian; third language a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
