Includes night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliMonitoring and detecting suspicious activity to deter shoplifting and theft according to company protocol. /liliProcessing shoplifters in line with company protocol and UK law. /liliEnsuring store remains safe by reporting hazards. /liliSupporting accurate stock inventory and identifying discrepancies. /liliMonitoring tills and money management procedures; ensuring team members understand and follow company rules. /liliDocumenting and reporting security incidents, including accidents and thefts, according to company guidelines. /liliInvestigating potential violations of company policy or procedures by staff, ensuring fair and confidential handling. /liliWorking closely with store teams and management to promote a loss‑aware culture, educating team members on stock loss reduction and safety awareness. /liliMonitoring deliveries, write‑offs, and product transfer procedures. /li /ulh3Training Growth Opportunities /h3ulliOn‑the‑job training to build customer service and store operation skills with hands‑on trainers. /liliClassroom training to learn company values, history, and best practices.
