The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and IT assistance to end users. This role requires someone with strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliProvidestrong on-site desktop supp /strongort for users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. /liliInstall, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals. /liliEnsure the deployment of operating systems, updates, and software packages. /liliWork with the IT team to resolve and escalate issues as needed. /liliPerform routine system audits and ensure systems are up-to-date and secure.



/liliProvide end-user training and technical documentation where necessary. /liliCollaborate with team members and manage support tickets for various internal stakeholders. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongRequired Skills Qualifications: /strong /ppbr / /pulli3+ years of experience in Desktop Support or similar roles. /liliStrong experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, and Linux environments. /liliExperience with Active Directory for user management, group policies, and security. /liliProficient with remote desktop tools and troubleshooting techniques. /liliExperience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). /liliStrong knowledge of MS Office Suite and other productivity software. /liliExpertise in hardware diagnostics, repair, and replacements. /liliKnowledge of system imaging and software deployment tools (e.G., SCCM, MDT). /liliFamiliar with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management. /liliStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. /liliAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. /lilistrongFluency in Italian and English B2. /strong /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongMust Have Skills:
