p As part of the ongoing development of NEAR‐C S.r.l., we are seeking a Hardware Designer with solid experience in the Aerospace Defence sector. The selected professional will join our team of consultants and contribute their expertise across all current and future projects. p About the Role /pp The selected professional will join our team of consultants and contribute their expertise across all current and future projects. /pp Responsibilities /pulli Creation and review of schematics and technical documentation; /lili Collaboration with cross‐functional teams (software, mechanical, production) to ensure seamless system integration; /lili Design and development of electronic hardware systems and components (FPGA, analog/digital circuits, etc.); /lili Execution of testing, debugging,



and validation activities on prototypes and final products; /lili Analysis and resolution of hardware‐related issues in existing products. /li /ulp Qualifications /pulli Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline; /lili Minimum of 3 years' experience in hardware design and development. /li /ulp Required Skills /pulli Proficiency with electronic CAD tools (Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad); /lili Experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers; /lili Ability to read and interpret datasheets and technical documentation. /li /ulp Pay range and compensation package /pulli Permanent employment contract; /lili Gross annual salary: € 40.000 – € 50.000; /lili Supplementary healthcare coverage through Fondo Est. /li /ul /p
