p Primary Job Function p We are looking for a Next Gen Diagnosis Manager to join our Customer Service Diagnostics Team. This role will coordinate the development of future vehicle diagnostics, contributing to a new ecosystem of autonomous self-diagnosis and repair. /pp Key Responsibilities /pp Drive the evolution of future vehicle diagnostics, enhancing vehicle capabilities through three key drivers: /pulli Priority: Prioritize electronic repair procedures for technicians to help ensure a fix-first-time approach. /lili Accuracy: Develop diagnostic capabilities able to identify root causes at component level, supporting less experienced technicians. /lili Software management: Enable seamless background software updates for greater peace of mind. /li /ulp Develop the Service strategy for Software-Defined Vehicles. /pp Act as the voice of the customer during product development, ensuring that customer service requirements are effectively implemented: /pulli Collect customer needs and define requirements. /lili Share and discuss technical requirements with Engineering. /lili Conduct cost-vantaggi analyses. /lili Monitor product development activities. /lili Plan testing activities. /li /ulp Serve as a bridge between product development teams, customer support, quality, product validation, powertrain and the full vehicle lifecycle, enabling effective collaboration and ensuring alignment of objectives.
/pp Balance electronic diagnostic procedures and external troubleshooting guidelines to optimize overall vehicle diagnostic effectiveness. /pp Continuously benchmark competitors and market practices. /pp Technical Skills /pulli Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. /lili5–8 years of experience in product development, customer service, engineering, software validation or quality within the automotive OEM sector. /lili Strong expertise in electronic systems, combined with a solid understanding of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. /lili Ability to translate customer needs into product attributes. /lili Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills. /lili Experience in cross-functional project management. /lili Fluent in written and spoken English. /lili Knowledge of high-voltage automotive components is a plus. /li /ulp Personal Skills /pulli Excellent collaboration and communication skills: /lili Team spirit and team-building mindset /lili Ability to inspire and motivate others /lili Transparency and empathy /lili Creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box. /lili International experience and proven ability to thrive in multicultural environments. /li /ulp Salary Range /pp Applied contract: CCSL Contratto Collettivo Specifico di Lavoro (Stellantis, Iveco Group, CNH Industrial and Ferrari) /pp Grade: 1° Gruppo Professionale - Professional Expert /pp Salary Range: 55.000 € - 69.000€ /pp Variable payment as per CCSL /p /p
