As Office & Facility Assistant in Sesto San Giovanni, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, well‑organised and efficient workplace for colleagues, visitors and partners.

Responsibilities

You will be the go‑to person for office and facility operations, ensuring the site runs seamlessly day to day. From welcoming visitors and managing reception activities, to coordinating facilities, suppliers and internal services, your work will directly support our teams and culture. You will collaborate closely with local stakeholders, handle administrative and logistical tasks, and help deliver a professional and positive on‑site experience for everyone who comes through our doors.

Requirements





- A few years of experience in a similar office or facilities role within a corporate environment, with confidence managing multiple priorities
- Intermediate level English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, and comfort working with systems and administrative processes
- A proactive, communicative and well‑organised approach, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
