As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal performance of systems and devices, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality technical service. brHandle service requests ensuring planning, organization, and execution of direct customer support services, promptly visiting customers, analyzing technical problems, and identifying the most appropriate solution; br• Prepare service quotes in accordance with company procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving the profitability goals of the division; br• Promote technical maintenance contracts, customizing the offer based on the customer's needs; br• Ensure the inventory is up to date and manage the direct handling of tools; br• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities through the analysis of customer needs and collaboration with sales and marketing teams; br• Establish effective relationships with customers to meet their needs,



ensuring a positive outcome in terms of customer satisfaction and product image; br• Support the KAM in performing competitive intelligence analysis and identifying sales opportunities for injection systems and disposables; br• Degree in Biomedical/Electronic/Informatic Engineering or equivalent; br• 4-6 years of experience in Radiology service maintenance; br• Customer oriented approach; br• Good organizational skills and ability to be autonomous in working schedules and priority definition; br• High flexibility and collaborative approach; br• Good knowledge of English (especially written) is a preferred requirement. brTYPE OF CONTRACT br• Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry; br• Contract Type: Fixed Term-12 months; br• Salary Range or Gross Annual Salary: The initial annual gross compensate role is not below 41.369,73€ RAL.
