With a rich heritage of technological innovation and a forward-thinking approach, we lead the energy transition through engineering excellence, cutting-edge technology and strong and dynamic execution capability. /em /ppemTo learn more about Tecnimont: Tecnimont - Official Website: /em /ppbr/ppemTecnimont is looking for a /emstrongMaterial Selection, Corrosion Painting Process Specialist /strong emto join /em strongProcess Department /strong /ppbr/ppMaterial, Corrosion Painting Process Specialist works on Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering Procurement Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) Projects (mainly in oil gas, petrochemicals, fertilizer processing industries and powers plants). /ppHe/She has to follow safety and cost-effectiveness criteria, Contractual requirements, International Codes and Standards. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr/pp- Review of contractual documentations /pp- MATERIAL SELECTION including: /pullicorrosion rate evaluation or calculation as per literature data and / or corrosion software /liliselection of proper material grade (i.e. low alloy, CRA, etc.) along with corrosion allowance /lilidefinition of requirements (chemical composition restriction, heat treatment conditions and/or corrosion testing, installation of insulation kit, etc.) for specific corrosive fluids (i.e. sour service HIC/SSC, high temperature hydrogen attack, amine, etc.) /lilireview of laboratory corrosion testing procedures /li /ulp- PROTECTIVE COATING / LINING (atmospheric corrosion, internal lining, buried and submerged surfaces) including hot dip galvanizing, thermal spray coating, etc. This duty includes: /pullidefinition of technical specifications /lilireview of Vendor documentation /lilicoating pre-job meeting at application workshops / site /liliaudit at laboratories for accelerated corrosion tests; /lilispot inspections during and after application; /li /ulp- CORROSION MONITORING requires the following:



/pulliidentification of probe types suitable for corrosive process; /liliinstallation place of probes and coupon; /lilidefine of the threshold limits / acceptance criteria based on probes selected; /li /ulp- CATHODIC PROTECTION: general protection criteria and design by SACP and ICCP; /pp- RISK BASED INSPECTION requires the following: /pullibasic knowledge of the methodology; /liliability to manage the third party and contractual requirements in order to prepare all the deliverables requested such as: inspection plan (CML), corrosion loops marked up, etc.; /li /ulp- CORROSION INHIBITION / CHEMICAL TREATMENT in order to manage the corrosion phenomena /pp- CHEMICAL CLEANING in order to meet proper process requirement; /pp- ASSISTANCE, providing support during design phases, construction and commissioning in the operating center and/or at site based on the project needs. /ppbr/ppstrongRequirements and Skills /strong /ppbr/pulliMaster’s degree in Industrial Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, Material Science or similar technical field; /liliMaterial and Metallurgical background with knowledge of material selection for application in petrochemical, power, fertilizing and oil gas industry; /lilifluent in English; /liliavailability to travel at site and/or vendor workshop on the basis of Company needs; /lili3 ÷ 5 years of experience is a preferred requirement. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongContract Type and Classification /strong /ppbr/pulliContract type: Permanent /liliApplicable collective agreement (NCLC): Chemical and Chemical-Pharmaceutical (identification code B011) /li /ulpbr/pulliJob classification level: White Collar /li /ulpbr/ppstrongCompensation /strong /ppbr/ppThe initial emgross annual salary /em for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be € 42.920,92.
