FIORI GROUP spa, founded in 1942, with headquarters in Finale Emilia and offices in Modena, designs, develops, and produces off-road vehicles for transport (site-dumper) and for concrete production (self-loading-mixer), commercializing them worldwide in the construction, mining, and infrastructure sectors. For years, we have offered innovative solutions for on-site concrete production, combining advanced technology and reliability. To strengthen our presence in the European market, we are looking for a Key Account Sales Manager dedicated to the France and EU countries market, reporting to the European Sales Manager. The candidate will be responsible for expanding and managing the customer portfolio in France and EU. They will be the point of contact for key accounts, distributors, and construction companies, promoting the technical value of our machinery. Main responsibilities:
- Business Development: identify new market opportunities and acquire new customers (construction companies, dealers, construction machinery retailers, rental companies);
- Commercial Strategy: define and implement the commercial action plan for France and EU countries, in line with company objectives;
- Technical Consultancy: analyze customer needs to propose the most suitable concrete mixer and dumper configuration for site specifications;
- Market Analysis:
monitor competition and trends in the earthmoving sector in France, providing constant feedback to the Marketing and R&D; department;
- Reporting: manage contractual negotiations and provide periodic reports on sales performance.
- Key Account Management: manage commercial relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of loyalty and satisfaction.
The profile is completed by:
- Degree in mechanical engineering, economics and commerce, and/or related field;
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the earthmoving machinery, construction machinery, or lifting sector.
- Fluent knowledge of the French language;
- Fluent knowledge of the English language;
- Ability to interact with technical customer contacts and understand the specific mechanical aspects of the products;
- Strong results orientation, excellent negotiation skills, and proactivity;
- Willingness to travel constantly;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Excellent relational, organizational, and communication skills.
