pbu Role purpose: /u /bp He/She is responsible to assure a smooth transition of products from the initial design phase to the high volume manufacturing phase, up to the end of life. /pp He/She will be in charge of the Process Design and Development, according to the Lean Manufacturing rules, in order to enhance product performance and functionality, to improve quality and manufacturability and to recommend changes to reduce the overall manufacturing cost of a product. /pp Possiede le qualifiche e le competenze giuste per questo lavoro? Lo scopra qui sotto e invii la sua candidatura per essere preso/a in considerazione. brpbu Key accountabilities and decision ownership: /u /b /pulli Assures manufacturing process development work outputs in line with APQP and project plan: /li /ulolli Define and development the processes flow of new and exsisting products according to Lean Manufacturing Rules and industry 4.0 methods. /lili process FMEA and control plan; /lili process verification reports (also provided by other team members); /lili operator work instruction; /lili process final qualification and readiness. /li /olulli Guides the design of the production flows and PFMEA analysis of new products bringing to the attention of the product designers the performance data of the manufacturing equipments. /lili Supports Quality and Manufacturing team during PPAP and Customer audit. /lili Drafts high level technical specification for Tool Design team to enable the design and construction of assembly and test tools and equipments.



/lili Responsible for corrective actions and/or improvement on processes issued. /lili Collaborates with all the team/function involved with the aim to release to the production the equipment and the process according to the performance level foreseen. /lili Report on the progress of projects. /lili Collaborate and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers. /lili Workstation optimization based on Lean approach. /lili Develop, implement and support cultural change across the organisation and drive improvement based on Lean approach. /li /ul pbu Core competencies, knowledge and experience: /u /b /pulli Excellent ability to team work, Leadership and decision making. /lili Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools: Kaizen, VSM, 5S, Six sigma, Kanban. /lili Deep understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes such as electronic assembly, mechanical assembly, design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA). /lili Excellent understanding of Quality Standards required in mass Automotive or Consumer product manufacturing (FMEA). /lili Good oral and written communication skills in English. /li /ul pbu Must have technical / professional qualifications:
