You’ll work with cutting‑edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation. /p pDetails: Venezia Padova Treviso Consultant Mid level /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport digital transformation by coordinating multidisciplinary projects and managing all phases with precision. /li liLead assessment activities and design change management plans tailored to client needs. /li liDevelop adoption strategies and guide clients through the change journey. /li liDefine training formats and content, aligning learning initiatives with technologies and business processes. /li liFacilitate service design workshops to drive engagement and innovation. /li liDesign internal communication strategies, from governance models to editorial planning. /li liPlan and organize team activities to ensure successful project delivery. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of professional experience in consulting firms or companies, in roles related to HR, Communication, and/or Digital Transformation. /li liDeep knowledge of processes and logic in at least one of the following areas: HR, internal communication/collaboration, digital business (e.g., commerce, CRM). /li liManage complex digital projects and lead multidisciplinary teams. /li liManage technology‑driven Change Management initiatives. /li liStrong interest in organizational change and willingness to embrace new challenges. /li liBuild empathetic relationships with top and middle management. /li liApply analytical thinking and strong organizational skills in managing time and activities. /li liAct with proactivity, flexibility, and autonomy. /li liWillingness to travel for short, medium,
