Offer: HR Generalist LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an HR Generalist for an international client company based in Milan.The person will be part og the HR team and will be the direct report to the local HR Country Coordinator. **Responsibilities**
- Acting as the** primary local HR point of contact for managers, global HRBP and employees** of the business divisions and/or legal entities you will support;
- ** Taking care of the full hire to retire cycle**, working on **recruitment**, **learning**, **development**, **performance management**, **compensation&vantaggi;**, and **employee relations programs**;
- Handling people relations and possible employee’s issues;
- Support the staff with their day-to-day requirements;
- ** Interfacing with the payroll team **to provide timely HR inputs for payroll processing;
- ** Guaranteeing the correctness of HR processes and HR data in the HRIS**;
- Supporting the** roll out of HR projects at a local level**; **Your Profile**
- ** Bachelor degree,** ideally with focus on HR management or similar;
- ** 3 years’ professional experience as Junior HR Generalist**,



with growing experience in managing stakeholders and involving resources, both from **local market** perspective and from **international perspective**;
- ** The ability to work effectively within a matrix and sales organization** is a key to success in this role;
- Good knowledge of **italian labor framework**;
- ** Previous experience with HRIS Workday** will be considered a significant plus;
- ** Excellent communication skills in English**, both in writing and speaking;
- Positive attitude toward change: ability to deal with uncertainty in a changing environment;
- Able to work autonomously but willing learn to every day from others. The main place to work is Milan, but** the availability to travel from time to time to the legal entities of the divisions you support is requested** (Emilia, Piemonte, Veneto).
