Responsibilities

- Collaboration in the management of short‑term variable incentive plans (MBO) (target assignment, campaign progress monitoring, payout calculation)
- Operational support for long‑term incentive plans (LTI), both cash and equity
- Support in the management and implementation of the Salary Review process
- Support in managing benefits and interacting with payroll
- Support in the implementation of the European Pay Transparency Directive
- Updating and maintaining HR tools (Success Factor, database, Excel reporting)
- Support in managing job grading processes




- Preparation of presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

- Master’s in Economics or Statistics

Technical Skills

- Understanding of the main Total Reward processes
- Salary review cycle
- MBO and incentive systems
- Compensation benchmarks
- Job weighting
- Flexible benefits and corporate welfare

Other Skills

- Ability to analyze HR data and create reports
- Advanced use of Excel and HRIS tools
- Very good knowledge of the English language
