Role Overview
A real estate company is currently recruiting a Commercial Real Estate Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting retail expansion and store development projects, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development activities. This position offers the opportunity to work with major international brands while gaining exposure to a unique niche within the commercial real estate sector.
Eligibility
Eligible visa: Permanent residence, Spouse, Partner. Not eligible: Working holiday visa, Student visa, Requiring visa sponsorship.
Contract Details
- Type: 1-year fixed-term contract (with the expectation of becoming permanent)
- Working hours: 9:00-18:15 Monday to Friday (75-minute lunch break)
- Salary: RAL €35-39k depending on experience
- Start: ASAP
- Location: Milan, Italy
- Work type: Office-based

Key Responsibilities
- Support retail expansion and store development projects for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct market research and identify suitable business opportunities
- Coordinate with landlords, retailers, and other stakeholders throughout project execution
- Attend regular client meetings and site visits
- Support business development and sales activities
- Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations
- Contribute to team targets and project delivery
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in sales, consulting, retail, real estate, or a customer-facing business environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with an interest in retail and store development
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment
- Business-level English required; additional European language skills advantageous
- Willingness to attend frequent client meetings and visits
