Aero Alliance is seeking a Global Process Engineer to develop and deploy global standards for manufacturing equipment and processes across its factories. The role focuses on improving reliability, reducing costs through standardization, and driving continuous improvement with lean methodologies.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, apply DFSS and Six Sigma, and guide asset management and process improvements to achieve superior SQDC results.
